Insulation Installer - Twin Falls & Meridian

As a certified installer, you will:

  • Undergo extensive training, including Owens Corning® Certified Energy Expert® certification courses
  • Install insulation in walls, floors, and attics according to our quality standards
  • Work on a crew with other team members
  • Follow all safety rules, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence
  • Record the materials used at each job
  • Help to load trucks daily
  • Work with equipment like scaffolding, ladders, tools, scissor lifts, and insulation trucks
  • Work in a variety of settings, which may include working in tight spaces or standing for long periods of time

Sales-Estimator - Meridian

With a 14+ year track record of increasing growth, visibility, and opportunity, our highly regarded insulation company, G & G Insulation, seeks an experienced and talented Sales Professional/Estimator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that values its employees, pays above market rates, promotes professionalism, customer service, quality work, and uses good judgment and common sense to meet its challenges.

We’re seeking a driven Sales Professional/Estimator with a proven track record of increasing sales through lead generation, sales presentations, customer relations, community involvement, and strong closing/follow-up skills. In this position, you will have the opportunity to sell cutting edge products that add value and efficiency to homes and commercial properties including, but not limited to insulation, spray foam, and air sealing packages.

The Sales/Representative/Estimator is responsible for developing a new customer base, generating revenue, performing field surveys, and with a strong understanding of construction drawings, creating project proposals and closing sales. This position features full-time hours, base plus bonus pay, company-provided vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor, professionalism, and a drive to succeed
  • Team player who can provide outstanding service to customers
  • Ability to read and understand project construction drawings and generate insulation cost estimates
  • Experience in both new home and commercial construction preferred
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work in both hot and cold environments, as well as in attics and crawlspaces
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ sales/estimating experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with the local area and surrounding counties. Prior sales experience in the construction/insulation industry strongly preferred. Proven successful sales experience in construction or home building a plus. Must possess a track record of increasing sales and revenue, valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance standards (DMV/Background check required).
